- This is a ROOM (Rip-Once-Ouput-Many) system. It eliminates the problem of files having to be re-ripped after the proofing stage. The latest version will offer both ROOM and NORM (Full Normalised PDF file) workflows.

- Heidelberg Topaz iX scanner. Can scan photos, transparencies, existing printed pieces, 3D objects (up to 20mm in height) and film. This scanner has copydot technology to scan existing film (up to 12" x 18") to disk.

Our Stahl ST-90 (by Heidelberg) saddle stitcher has 8 pockets plus a cover feeder. It can produce a 96 page booklet plus a 4 page cover. Trimmed book size: min 2.5" x 4" to max 12" x 13.625".
Our Horizon SPF30 will produce up to an 80-page saddle stitch book. Minimum size 4" x 6", 1 up; maximum size 9" x 13"; 2 up book size 3.5" x 3.5". |

- Our 36" Polar Cutter (by Heidelberg) is fully programmable, which allows us to cut faster and more accurately.

| Folder |
- Our 23" x 35" Stahl Folder (by Heidelberg) allows us to fold at speeds up to 28,000 per hour.
- Glue attachment to allow certain signatures to be glued and not stitched with wire.

We also have a Stahl TI-36 Folder for sheet sizes up to 14" x 25" (min size: 3" x 4"; min fold length: 7/8"). |

- Our VividCoater provides us with the capacity to UV coat printed materials which produces more vibrant color as well as protection from scuffs and scratches.
