Preparing files for output via InDesign

Under the FILE menu, select Package. The following dialog box will appear in which you fill in the information.

The following dialog box will follow: In this you provide the folder name and
mark all of the checkboxes.

The files and fonts will all be copied to that folder.

This is the only approved way to submit files..
